Accommodations

Limited accommodation facilities will be arranged for outstation delegates and participants on a first-come, first-served basis in the University Guest House, hostels, or nearby hotels at concessional rates, subject to availability. Participants are encouraged to confirm their accommodation requirements well in advance through the registration portal or by contacting the Accommodation Committee. Details regarding tariff, location, and checkin procedures will be shared upon confirmation.
